Product Customization
Our products have evolved for years thanks to the feedback of our customers. We have developed many custom features described by end-users, such as specific XYZ databinding, new chart types, and many other new features.
We know each project is different.
You like our products but may need a specific feature or miss some functionality, or you need custom, long-term help and guidance to achive your goals as soon as possible.
We're here to help. If you need changes to any of our products, tell us, we will study it and send you a quote or even do it for free!
Express support (<48 hours fix)
When you purchase a product or bundle, the license may include the option Express support
which means that whenever you find a problem or bug in our products we will
priorize our support effort so you get the fix in less than 48 labor hours if we
have enough information from you about the error (we sometimes find the fix
even
in less time since the problem report from your part).
Otherwise, without Express support option, standard support applies.
Standard support and maintenance
This service is included in all of our licenses. During the support period
you get free and unlimited email support as well as free updates. Eventually
we send an email to all current licensed customers announcing new major
versions of products. Visit our website from time to time to check if new
versions are published and ask us the download link to the upgrade.
If you find a bug in our products, tell us. We will trace it and send you an update as soon as possible (1-7 days, depending on bug severity and work queue).
